I have been searching for a pair of petite glasses for three years now. I've ordered two pairs of kids glasses and they did okay, but never felt right. I found petiteglasses.com and decided to give it a try. The Jennifer Petite Glasses worked perfect! It was easy to find an optical store that put prescription lenses in. However, they didn't want to adjust them due to if something broke they said they couldn't fix them. So I'm working on finding someone that will adjust them behind my ears a bit. I love how they look and feel though!

When I found Petite Glasses I was thrilled to think I might have stumbled onto a treasure trove of frames that not only look fantastic, but also fit my small noggin- dare I say even compliment it? Indeed.
I scoured the website and found it to be full of great information about a whole slew of things glasses-related. There are helpful videos and thorough descriptions about each of the frames and how they can work for different shapes and sizes of faces that I couldn't find on other websites. Each frame had precise measurements and pictures of the frames on a actual human that helped me narrow down my decision of which frames to include in my home try on box. This was a valuable feature that helped me narrow it down to the Julie and the Jennifer but I was undecided on a color. Robyn was kind enough to send 2 additional frames to try and gave me honest feedback about each style and color. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of Jennifer frames in different colors. I'm using one for reading glasses and the second pair for progressives, which I'm still waiting to be made.
Both colors are beautiful in their own way. The grey stripe I chose for the readers is a bold, but not overwhelming alternative to the light caramel stripe which is a prefect compliment to my light features and grey/light brown hair. They're so lightweight and comfortable that I almost forget that I even have them on. I love wearing them.

I absolutely LOVE these frames! I loved all five pairs, and I kept two (Jennifer and Heather). I shopped around at several stores (like I have many times) and as usual, every single frame was just ginormous on my face. I look ridiculous in anything made for adults, but I'm not a child, so the children's glasses also just don't look right. I am so glad I finally tried petiteglasses.com. I'm waiting now to get the prescription lenses. I am dying to actually wear them! If you have a small face and you're wondering if these will work for you, just order the trial set. Finding eyeglass frames that fit my narrow face has been quite a challenge. Over the past 3 years, I have been dealing with a pair of frames that is misshapen and crooked. With the current trend favoring larger frames, I thought I would never find another pair that worked for me. For years and years and years I have been putting up with glasses that just don't fit. They fall down my nose, the temples stick out inches behind my ears, and they are almost always too wide for my face. I put up with it because every time I purchased a pair of glasses nothing fit. Jennifer fits my small face perfectly. I have progressive lenses and needed more glass length without compromising a smaller frame. Just love these and they are featherlite while still being sturdy. Aislinn has created a support system for us small faced women that was long overdue. The customer service is outstanding. Feels like working with a close personal friend. I previously ordered the Kara frames, which I also love, in blue and red. This time, I went with Jennifer frames because they are a little rounder and my family liked that for me. Also, the lighter tortoise is a nice change to compliment my blue eyes after wearing darker glasses for quite a few years now. I have to change it up. Customer Service is also amazing, super responsive and helpful, resolving all of my questions quickly via email. I really love working with this company and plan to come back as long as they are in business.

I love the Jennifer frame and was wondering if you would consider making the frame available in a 46. 48 is still a bit big for my very narrow face so I do have a bit of distortion at the sides since my prescription is so high. Of all the frames I had been sent to try - the Jennifer was everyone’s favorite on me. As someone who has been wearing metal frames exclusively since I left elementary school 40 years ago, I was at first disappointed to see that there were so few metal options available here. I have tried on plastics at stores and always hated them. But I was having a very hard time finding petite frames when I stumbled on this website. With the free home try on I fugured, what have I got to lose? After all, some of the styles are smaller than ANY frames I have managed to find in stores, and the colors are subtle, so MAYBE these will work. Jennifer was one of the styles I chose because that is my name and I thought it might be a sign. :) This just might be my most favorite pair of frames that I have EVER had in 45 years of wearing glasses. I also purchased the Debbie frame which is probably my second most favorite pair ever. I am so grateful that this business exists and I will continue to purchase frames here for as long as it does. I initially did the home try-on and pre-ordered a different frame which didn't work out. I tried 5 more home try-on frames and chose this as one of the 5, but I didn't anticipate it would work for me. The frame looks very stylish and complements with my naturally graying, silver hair drawing attention to the eye area and looks balanced on my face. The frames are very comfortable and after some small adjustments at the optical store they don't slip around on my face.
